Payment, Delivery, and Terms

All engraved items are made to order, and can be collected from the Sid’s shop in Hammersmith or ordered for delivery across the UK.

We are unable to accept refunds on any personalised/engraved items, so please check your order details carefully when placing your order.

We carry a selection of items on our website which can be viewed online, and can often source additional products if you can’t find what you need. Contact us to place an order order or discuss your needs. Payments can be made via BACS bank transfer, or you can pay in our Hammersmith shop by cash or credit/debit card. We can accommodate any order sizes, from single items to large bulk orders.

We endeavour to have all online orders ready for collection or dispatched within 5 business days, however we can often accommodate same- or next-day requests if you need your items sooner; please contact us to discuss and we’ll do everything we can to meet your needs.

We have over 35 years’ experience and will do our best to meet any requirements for engraving and personalisation, but if you want to discuss your ideas further, please do contact us to see how we can help.

For logo engraving, please send us high resolution, black and white images for the highest quality results. Medal centres can be produced in full colour; please send high resolution images for the best results.

Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class delivery options offer compensation up to £20 for lost packages. Parcelforce express24 delivery offers compensation up to £100*. If your order total is greater than this, we recommend ordering for collection or contacting us to discuss your needs and delivery options. Sid’s can take no personal responsibility for items lost during shipping.

All product sizes and specifications are provided by the manufacturer and actual products may vary slightly. All colours/fonts are representative but due to different computer/phone displays and manufacturing methods, some minor variations may apply.
